Produced by Wayne Henderson (The Jazz Crusaders), Pleasure's 1977 cult-classic album delivers instant party vibes, thanks to a lively blend of soul, funk, disco and jazz. Returning to vinyl for the first time since its original release as part of the Jazz Dispensary Top Shelf Series, Joyous was cut from the original analog tapes (AAA) by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio and pressed on 180-gram vinyl at RTI.
