From the moment Rainey Qualley arrived on the Nashville music scene and opened her lips to sing, she laid claim to the title “vocal artist” in the truest sense of the word; writing her own music.. with hints of influence from legends as diverse as Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Otis Redding Etta James, The Temptations and delivering each song in a unique refreshing way. Rainey was recently announced as the flagship artist on the new Nashville label Cingle Records. Her first single, “Turn Me On Like The Radio,” was named a “Highway Find” by Sirius XM in mid February. After signing with booking giant CAA, Rainey had two dreams come true on the same night; she opened for one of her musical heroes, Willie Nelson, at his two sold out concerts at the famed Ryman Auditorium in March 2015.
