...but that's what Down With Love is. At the risk of sounding like an effete, overweight blurbmeister I'm just going to spill it: I loved this movie. A retread of the old Doris Day-style pillow comedies with double entendres as subtle as mustard gassing, this swinging sixties comedy plops Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellwegger squarely in the center of a ridiculous scenario involving the emergence of the women's lib movement. And the production design is to die for. I can't believe I just said that. Please, someone take "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" off the air.
